Old world charm meets modern Irish cooking at 1826 Adare, winner of RAI Best Restaurant in Munster for several years running with numerous more accolades including a Bib Gourmand from Michelin in 2016, 2017 & 2018. With wife Elaine at front of house, Chef Wade Murphy’s style is influenced by the rugged west coast of Ireland, with its abundance of produce. His cooking ethos is based on the use of wild, free-range, seasonal and local produce cooked with modern and classical techniques in order to ensure that quality ingredients are the centrepiece of each dish.
